Matt Damon May Do Bourne

Damon has stopped saying that he will not be doing the role of Jason Bourne.

At a press conference in Tokyo the star stated, "Personally, the character means a lot to me because the character has done so much for my career. You know, it put me in the position where I have a lot more choices of kind of movies I want to make."

He added, "If [‘The Bourne Supremacy’ and ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ director] Paul Greengrass, maybe years down the road, was interested in doing another one, then I would do it, too."

The three Bourne movies made over $890 million since 2002.

Tara Reid Denies Rumours

Contrary to what the tabloids were stating, Reid insists that she was not hospitalised. The rumours about the star of the movie American Pie, The Big Lebowski and Van Wilder claimed that she stayed for nine days at the Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center de Marina Del Ray in California.

The 31-year-old told the public she is doing fine. The next film for Reid is the horror film Land of Canaan, which will be out in 2008.

John Goodman is Now Sober

The star of the movie Monsters, Inc. and the former television series Roseanne was receiving treatment at the Promises Clinic in Malibu.

Although the reasons for the treatment were not revealed, the actor explained in a press release, "For my family and myself, I voluntarily took the necessary steps to remain sober the rest of my life."

The 55-year-old actor did not indicate how long he received treatment for. His voice can be heard next month in Bee Movie along with Jerry Seinfeld, Renée Zellweger, Matthew Broderick and Chris Rock.

Busta Rhymes Teams Up With Linkin Park

The hip-hop stars of Busta Rhymes told Rolling Stone magazine that the song It Looks Like We Made It would be on the next album, Back On My BS.

Rhymes is following in the footsteps of rapper Jay-Z who recorded Numb/Encore with Linkin Park in 2004.

The singer explained, "This is one of those songs that can’t be described better than touching the souls of the common people."

The album Back On My BS will be out on December 4.

New Album for Janet Jackson

Almost one year after launching her album 20 Y.O., Janet Jackson is back in studio working on her next album which should be out by next year.

The preceding album was not a huge success, therefore, the 41-year-old artist decided not to work with the usual collaborators.

Jackson, who is presently playing in the movie Why Did I Get Married?, will be publishing a book in the near future which explains her weight loss.

Demi Moore Talks About Plastic Surgery

The 44-year-old actress told the magazine Observer that she had had plastic surgery to improve her physical appearance.

The star of the movies A Few Good Men, Ghost and Mr. Brooks can’t believe the rumours saying she has spent $3 million in plastic surgery.

She refuted the rumours by emphasizing, "No. It’s irritating. And it isn’t true. To fight it feels futile, because I feel it actually perpetuates the myth."

Moore is the mother of three children and swears she never had plastic surgery on her face nor any lipsuction.

Uma Thurman Being Harrassed

Jack Jordan was charged yesterday for harassing the actress from the movie Kill Bill for the last two years.

The court received incriminating evidence to support the claims. Jordan has slept in his car in front of the actress’ house, and has given her a cartoon depicting him and her.

It is not the first time that this man has bothered the 37-year-old actress. In 2005, he showed up at one of the sites where the actress was shooting a film. The The man was forced to undergo psychiatric treatment.

According to Billboard.com the pop star is the first singer in a decade to have six songs from the same album make it to the top 40.

With the song Until The End Of Time, taken from the album FutureSex/LoveSound, Timberlake now beat a record that was held by Michael Jackson.

In the 1990’s, Jackson had six hits from his album Dangerous on the billboards.

Britney Spears Fighting for Her Children

The pop star spoke in a soft and respectful voice when she addressed  herself to the judge. She requested that he loosen up the rules regarding the visitation with her two boys.

After a 45 minute discussion, the singer came out of the courtroom looking rather serene. She won part of what she was asking for, she can now see her boys for two consecutive days under supervision, each week.

Ideally, the singer would like to have joint custody with the children’s father, Kevin Federline.

Federline accepted the judge’s decision. On October 1. Spears, 25, lost custody of her two children, who were handed over to their father, Kevin Federline. Prior to this date the two parents shared custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

A Remake for Karate Kid

According to IGN, the new Karate Kid may be starring Jaden Smith, son of Will Smith.

Although the movie production has not been confirmed, it looks like Will Smith and Jerry Weintraub are trying to produce the movie.

The movie Karate Kid was made in 1984, starring Ralph Macchio, who played Daniel Larusso and Noriyuki "Pat" Morita, who played Mr. Kesuke Miyagi.

The four Karate Kid films raised more than $250 million at the box-office between 1984 and 1994.
