The Tiramisu restaurant, nestled in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown, unveils its 2026 menu, the result of a collaboration between executive chef Chanthy Yen and new chef Christina Khan, both of whom were discovered on Top Chef Canada.

Known for its Italian-Japanese signature cuisine, Tiramisu remains deeply rooted in gourmet Italian cooking: comforting pasta dishes, expertly crafted pizzas, and revisited classics. The Japanese touch is subtly incorporated—sometimes delicately, sometimes more boldly—through ingredients such as miso, precise cooking techniques, and a balance of umami flavors.

Rather than a radical change, this new menu focuses on thoughtful evolution. It features new creations such as beef carpaccio with marinated black plums and burnt onion emulsion, black cod glazed with miso and tamarind served with saffron risotto, and a generous lamb ragù on pappardelle. Customer favorites have also been subtly enhanced with adjustments to sauces, garnishes, and presentation, without ever losing the restaurant’s DNA.

For the past five years at the helm of the kitchen, Chanthy Yen has brought her technical rigor and Cambodian influences, while Christina Khan has infused new energy, fueled by her Caribbean heritage and creative audacity. Together, they have created a menu that is coherent, contemporary, and deeply faithful to the spirit of Tiramisu.

Already available in the restaurant, the 2026 menu invites you to rediscover this Chinatown institution in a new light: authentic Italian cuisine, enriched with well-balanced Japanese touches, for an experience that is both familiar and contemporary.
