It is with more than just a touch of pride that Pizzeria NO.900 will be representing Canada on the international stage at the International Pizza Challenge. From March 24 to 26, the NO.900 Group will fly to Las Vegas to participate in this event, considered the world’s largest pizza championship.

After an impressive showing last year, the Pizz 900 team is returning with even more ambition and passion, this time accompanied by its sister restaurant, Pizzeria Locali. This participation helps showcase the expertise of local pizza-making beyond Quebec’s borders.

For this 2026 edition, the Montreal-based group isn’t holding back. A delegation of about fifteen people—pizzaioli, chefs, co-owners, and team members—will be on site to represent Pizzeria NO.900 and its sister brand, Locali. Leading the group are well-known figures in the industry, including executive chef Mirko D’Agata, the current world champion in the Napoletana STG category, and Fiodar Huminski, himself a multiple award winner.

The competition promises to be fierce this year, with events ranging from traditional Neapolitan pizza to more daring creations. Pizzeria NO.900 will compete in several categories, including Napoletana, Classica, and Pan, while Locali will stand out in the Traditional, Best Cheese, and Dairy-Free divisions.

Having recently been ranked 42nd in the 50 TOP World Artisan Pizza Chains, the Group approaches this competition with confidence in its international reach. From March 24 to 26, Pizz 900 is sure to make Quebec shine once again, one slice at a time.
