Vladimir Putin recently violated NATO airspace when he spotted a group of 19 drones over Poland, while Russia was carrying out an attack against Ukraine.
Breaking News: Poland said it had shot down Russian drones that entered its airspace during strikes on Ukraine, calling the incursions an “act of aggression.”
The Polish army was forced to shoot down the drones, while Prime Minister Donald Tusk called Russia’s actions a « large-scale provocation » against NATO territory.

According to the New York Times, Donald Tusk underscored the seriousness of Russia’s move by declaring:
« The situation is serious. »

Tusk added that NATO had to prepare for all scenarios, recalling that this was the first incursion into Alliance territory since the war in Ukraine began in 2022:
« No one doubts that we must prepare for various scenarios. »
The Polish Prime Minister said the incident placed the country « closest we have been to open conflict ».

Tusk clarified, however, that there was no reason to say Poland was « on the brink of war », adding nonetheless:
And in addition to working on Spiderman, Tom Holland will also star in Christopher Nolan‘s 2026 epic, The Odyssey, in which he will play Telemachus, the son of Odysseus (Matt Damon).
After these back-to-back blockbusters, Holland plans to take a leave of absence in 2027… but will tempting offers change his mind?
In any case, everything seems to be going well for the actor these days, despite what some may think after his announcement.
Tom Holland says he'll likely take a break from acting in 2027.
JD Vance backs mass ‘doxing’ campaign to find and harass Charlie Kirk critics

It wasn’t clear who or what exactly Trump would designate; Antifa is a loosely organized movement without a distinct leader, membership lists or structure.
Mike Johnson, a Republican representing Louisiana and the Speaker of the House, backtracked on his bold statement claiming that Donald Trump appeared in the Epstein files because he would have been an « informant for the FBI » in the case.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) backed off his claim that President Trump was an FBI informant in the case of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
While appearing before the media on Capitol Hill, Mike Johnson asserted that Donald Trump would have been « an informant for the FBI in trying to bring down [Epstein] », implying by his propositions that Trump had cooperated with the FBI, taking an active role in the investigation against Epstein.
These statements relayed certain conspiracy theories about Trump’s past with Epstein, particularly around the period when they parted ways. According to these theories, Trump stayed close to Epstein in order to gather information with the aim of bringing him down.

A few days later, a memo from Johnson’s office corrected his statements, denying that he had claimed Trump was an FBI informant.
The document clarified that the Speaker of the House was in fact merely echoing the words of victims’ attorney Brad Edwards, that Trump had been the only one, more than a decade ago, to agree to help prosecutors against Epstein.

This confusion only heightens questions about why Trump and his administration are suddenly opposed to the release of all files related to Jeffrey Epstein, when they have spent years campaigning among their supporters for the Epstein files to be posted.

Donald Trump, addressing the Religious Liberty Commission, made some strange and shocking remarks about the recent drop in crime in Washington D.C., which he attributed to the presence of the military.
President Donald Trump downplayed domestic violence in a Monday speech as part of his White House Religious Liberty Commission — and was hit by swift condemnation.
He claimed that crime was not just down 87%, but much more, explaining that even a « little fight with the wife » is counted as crimes and prevented him from posting a perfect 100% rate.
During his speech, Trump, seeking to pat himself on the back for sending troops to what he described as among the « worst, most violent cities » in Washington D.C., claimed that crime had fallen far more than the 87% officially reported, declaring that it was « more than 87% ».

Trump explained that crime statistics also included « thingsthattake place in the home, they call crime, » evoking, for example, « If a man has a littlefightwith the wife, theysay, thiswas a crime. »
Trump thus continued to relegate domestic violence to « much lesser things » and regretted that this prevented him from claiming a 100% drop in crime in Washington D.C., declaring, « So now I can’t claim 100%. »

The president’s statements, echoed by several media outlets, quickly sparked a wave of outrage, while this kind of downplaying of domestic violence is proving not only dangerous, but a serious step backwards.
