After a fifteen year absence, the band will release a new disc with the help of the former Smiths guitarist, Johnny Marr. The CD, entitled Time on Earth, will feature songs from Neil Finn’s next solo disc, as well as new songs.
Drummer Matt Sherrod joins the band for this release, replacing Paul Hester.

The British star will be in court in June on charges of marijuana possession and driving under the influence of drugs. The hearing is set for June 8 for the former Wham! singer, which is the day before Michael is set to perform at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Michael, 43, was arrested last year and accused of driving while under the influence. Yesterday, a judge ordered the singer to appear at the Brent Magistrates court house.

Cage was just one of the scam victims of Peter Brotman, 47. Brotman has now been brought to justice, and will serve five years in prison as well as pay fines totaling $1.8 million US.
Brotman was running a scam in the car dealing business. In April of 2004, Cage sold three Ferraris and a Cobra to Brotman, who never paid the Next star.
Brotman plead guilty to 14 charges. His business was operating out of Pebble Beach and Monte-Carlo.
