BIG AdminAccording to Variety magazine, Stiller will reunite with the brothers who directed the comedy There’s Something About Mary. The new project is called Seven Day Itch, and is a loose remake of 1972’s The Heartbreak Kid.
According to the magazine, Stiller will play a man who marries who he thinks is the perfect woman, until he falls in love with another on his honeymoon.
No date has been set for the beginning of filming.
After having sold 14 million copies of their disc Fallen, and winning two Grammy Awards in 2003 (Best New Artist, Best Rock Performance), Evanescence has returned to a Los Angeles recording studio with the same producer who was responsible for their previous success.
The group’s singer, Amy Lee, confirmed that the album will be available on October 3. On the group’s website, Lee talked about their work in the studio, "The making of this record has been really intense, but I’ve come out feeling purified."
She added, "I’ve grown so much since ‘Fallen,’ and [guitarist] Terry [Balsamo] is the perfect writing partner — I feel like I’ve been lifted up to a whole new level of inspiration and possibilities."
The tour begins on September 27 in Zurich, and will finish on December 12 in Hamburg.
For now, the singer is offering her fans a DVD, entitled Live in Europe, which will be on sale on May 23. The show was recorded in Manchester in 2004.
In addition to her own music, the DVD will include remakes of Lady Marmalade from Patti LaBelle, Welcome to the Jungle, from Guns N’ Roses, and three Janis Joplin hits, Summertime, Me and Bobby McGee, and Piece of My Heart.
Jack Bunick is suing Lopez and her production company for stealing his idea for the television series South Beach.
Bunick wrote an original storyline called South Beach Miami in 1999. He took his idea to the American television channel UPN, but they never purchased his project.
In addition to suing the star, the man has requested that the series be barred, although the program has already been dropped from the lineup.
Lopez and her production company have not commented on the lawsuit.
A woman has accused the star of the films Dances with Wolves, The Untouchables, and JFK, among others, of dropping his towel and masturbating while she was giving him a massage. The incident took place in October, 2004 at the Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews, Scotland.
The allegations, which have been denied by the star, were revealed by a woman who claims that she was unfairly let go from her job at the hotel after complaining about the incident.
Costner was in St. Andrews with his wife to participate in Dunhill Links, a professional and celebrity golf tournament.
The former hotel employee has not been named for legal reasons. She claims that she has been a victim of sexual discrimination for being fired from her job.
The Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs and Kill Bill director has literally fallen in love with the scenario for the movie. According to producers, Tarantino has been working in collaboration with the brother of the guitarist, Leon.
The director has also obtained exclusive access to the Hendrix music. Interviews and live footage of the rock legend will also be used in the project.
Filming is set to begin at the end of the year in Seattle, New York, London and Toronto.
