Jessica Alba Furious With Playboy

The actress, star of Sin City, Fantastic Four and Into the Blue, did not appreciate the way her photo was used.  According to her, the photo suggests that she posed nude or semi-nude.

Alba has asked that Playboy stop distributing the magazine and provide her with a "monetary settlement" for its unauthorized commercial use of her image.

The photo used by Playboy is a promotional photo from the movie Into the Blue.

The producer of the movie from Columbia Pictures has stated in a letter that it was "outrageous, unethical behaviour utilised by Playboy personnel to obtain phtoographs."

Nick Lachey’s Turn to Speak Out

Former singer of the group 98 Degrees reveals to Teen People how he is doing for the first time since his separation.

The 32-year-old man told the magazine, "Obviously, it’s not the right time for me to be a father,  But the one thing I haven’t had a chance to do is be a great dad."

As for how it is to be single again, Lachey stated,  "Don’t feel sorry for me. I have a great life."

Teen People learned that Lachey is looking for a new home around Los Angeles.  He is looking for something a bit more modest than the residence he owned with Jessica Simpson, that sold for $3.75 million.

New Man for Courtney Love?

According to British newspaper, The Sun, the former singer of the group Hole is seeing Bennet Miller, director of the movie Capote.

Love is widow to the late Kurt Cobain, of the group Nirvana.  She and Miller were seen at the Hotel Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

A source told The Sun, "They’re crazy about each other. They clicked after they were introduced at a party by ‘Capote’ star Catherine Keener. They are officially an item."

Love has become better known following many problems with the law.

Madonna Announces a First Concert Date

The singer will be in concert on April 30 at Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival d’Indio in California.

For Madonna, it will be her first time performing at a festival.  This festival is known for electronic music.  In the past, artists such as Kraftwerk, Underworld and Fatboy Slim, among others, have performed at this festival.

Madonna told Billboard magazine, "I’ve never performed at a festival," Madonna says, "and I’m especially excited about playing at Coachella before I start my own tour."

This tour will be starting sometime in May.  The star will be performing in smaller cities than she did on her last tour.

In addition to Madonna, the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival will feature Daft Punk, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode and Tool.

Two Men Injured at Kanye West Concert

According to the police, this incident happened when some people tried to enter the arena where the concert was taking place without tickets.

One of the ushers is in critical condition, although doctors say he will live.  The second usher has been discharged from the hospital.

A man and woman have been arrested for the shootings.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie Back at Work Together

According to the New York Post, the two celebrities that have not been on the best of terms for the last few months, started shooting Monday the fourth season of their television series.

According to witnesses, the two women did not speak to each other all day.

Hilton and Richie, who were the best of friends, stopped speaking when Richie showed her friends a porn video that featured Hilton. 

In the fourth season of a Simple Life, the two women are living in families of different cultures, in the outskirts of Los Angeles.  They are playing the parts of wives.

According to the newspaper, the two women do not want to work together any longer.

Teri Hatcher Has Had Botox

In an interview with the magazine Glamour, the Desperate Housewives star explained, "In the past I’ve had Botox and collagen."

The 41-year-old also mentioned that this is in the past, and she is now allowing herself to age naturally.

She added, "I haven’t had anything done to my face in over a year and I don’t plan to. It needs to be OK to have wrinkles."

Whitney Houston Pregnant?

In an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine, the singer made it clear that his wife was resting at their residence in Atlanta because they were trying to have a baby.

Despite the rumours of a split, Brown was proud to reveal that the couple wishes to have a bigger family.

He tells the publication, "I’m hoping that she’s pregnant right now… She’s just resting."

Jessica Simpson Talks About Her Breakup

In the magazine, coming out on March 17, Simpson remained vague about the reasons behind her filing for divorce. "I don’t know what happened to me," she stated. "It’s so strange. I’m just proud of allowing myself to think and to act and to be me. I didn’t want to let my fans down, my family down," she says. "But then you just have to realize that if you’re not happy, you can’t make someone else happy."

"I feel like everybody’s always out to get me, and that’s a weird feeling," she says of the media. "But you can let the chaos consume you or you can stand next to the chaos and just walk along with it."

The star is in New Mexico at this time where she is shooting the movie Employee of the Month.
