Jennifer Aniston Visits Brad Pitt’s Mom

Aniston and Pitt separated more than two years ago, but the actress maintains a relationship with Pitt’s family.  Jane, Brad’s mother, stopped by at Aniston’s Malibu home for a visit.

This is not the first time that Pitt’s mother spent time with the Friends star.  In 2005, Jane and Pitt’s sister, Julie, went to Chicago to visit Aniston. 

Following her divorce from Pitt, Aniston dated actor Vince Vaughn for several months.  For the past few weeks, she has been dating Paul Sculfor.  Pitt now shares his life with actress Angelina Jolie, and the two have four children together.

A New Love for Uma Thurman

The 37 year-old star was spotted last weekend with David White, an actor, director and producer.  According to People magazine, a source has revealed that the two are definitely a couple and are very, very happy.

The Kill Bill star has been single since last March.  She is the mother of two children, Maya, 8, and Levon, 5, from her previous marriage to actor Ethan Hawke.

A spokesperson for Thurman has not commented on her private life.

Paris Hilton Can’t Decorate Her Cell

The star of television’s Simple Life is not allowed to put family pictures on the walls of her cell at the Century Regional Detention Center in California.  Prison authorities maintain that Hilton must abide by the same rules as the other inmates.

Hilton’s mother, Kathy Hilton, told Fox News that her daughter was simply wanted to put pictures on her wall, but that jail employees ripped them down.

Hilton is serving a 23 day sentence for driving her car while on a suspended driver’s license.

Tom Sizemore Fears Prison

The star of the film Black Hawk Down, among others, asked the judge for another chance.  Sizemore, 45, may soon be behind bars for violating his parole by using drugs.

According to the City News Service, the actor said to the judge, "If you would please just give me one more chance for myself."

Sizemore could face 16 months in jail following his arrest for possession of methamphetamines.

Jessica Biel Joins Justin Timberlake on Tour

The star of the films The Illusionist, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Next, among others, has joined the singer on his European tour.

Timberlake welcomed the pretty actress to his concerts in Amsterdam and Stockholm this week.

The singer had recently said that he preferred that Biel not join him on tour, so that he could concentrate on his music.

After splitting from Cameron Diaz last year, Timberlake became one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood.  He began dating Biel after the Grammy Awards.

Nicole Richie To Fight DUI Charge

The star will be in a Los Angeles court on July 11 to face the charge of driving her car under the influence of drugs and alcohol.  The 25 year-old will plead not guilty to the charges.

Richie was arrested last December.  If she is found guilty, she could face a prison sentence of up to one year.  In 2003, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie was arrested for the same reason.

Richie’s friend and Simple Life co-star, Paris Hilton, is currently serving a prison sentence for driving while on a suspended driver’s license.

This Week’s Music Releases

The White Stripes have released their disc Icky Thump.  Just weeks after celebrating their tenth anniversary, the band launched their sixth CD.

Bon Jovi is releasing the disc Lost Highway.  The CD pays tribute to country music.  Some fans will be suprised to find the disc sounding like a Garth Brooks album from the 1990s.

    Michael Jackson Settles Lawsuit

    Lawyers for the American singer settled the case out of court with a finance company.  Prescient Acquisition had filed a case against Jackson, claiming that they had helped the singer finance the purchase of half of the Sony Beatles song catalog.

    Details of the settlement have not been released, but both parties seem to be happy with the end result.

    Julia Roberts Gives Birth to a Son

    Henry Daniel Moder was born in a Los Angeles hospital.  He joins brother Phinnaeus and sister Hazel, two year-old twins.

    Julia Roberts and her husband, cameraman Danny Moder, were married in July of 2002.

    Roberts earned an Oscar for her 2001 performance in the film Erin Brockovich.  After several years of being absent from films to concentrate on her family, the actress will next be seen in the film Charlie Wilson’s War with Tom Hanks, which will be released in December.

    Velvet Revolver Adds Cities to Tour

    Beginning on August 5, Velvet Revolver will take to the road to promote their new disc, Libertad.  The band will take the stage at Montreal’s Bell Centre on August 11, and play in Toronto on August 12.

    The band also announced that Alice in Chains will be their opening act.  Velvet Revolver will release Libertad on July 3.
